Counter-notification

If you believe material you posted or that identifies you was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., an appropriate judicial district) and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the material within the timeframe required by law unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringer policy

We reserve the right to remove content and, where applicable, restrict access for users found to be repeat infringers.

A note on third-party business information

Where this Site references publicly available facts about third-party businesses, such as hours, address, or general offerings, that information is presented in our own words. If you represent a business featured on this Site and believe a listing is inaccurate, please use our Contact page to request a correction rather than a DMCA notice.
