welcome to the first issue of the MAD RAG. |

| We have devoted this little
corner of the website to keeping you and all interested
parties abreast of what is happening with the Michigan
Antiques Directory. We hope you have taken a moment to
read our "About Us"
page so you know how we got here. |

| Rack
Card Program |
| In 2005, we designed and
printed a rack card for our
own advertising purposes. Our first printing was a quantity
of 3,000 and we distributed them in malls in Ottawa, Muskegon
and Allegan counties. We completed our second printing
of 10,000 rack cards in April of this year and sent 6,200
of them to the Michigan Economic Development Corporation
for distribution in all 13 Welcome Centers in the state.
We would like to expand our rack card distribution program
and will happily ship a quantity to anyone who would be
willing to display them in their store. Please email
us with your business name and address and the quantity
that you would like to have. |

| MAD has been established
since 2003. Our length of time on the Internet and the
effort we have put into search engine placement allows
us to boast high rankings on all major search engines.

| The
Booth |
| We created The Booth
as a display for "this and that." We welcome
your experiences and news. Maybe you have an idea that
you would like to share. Tell us how people have used
MAD to find your store. We'll start off our first issue
with a little tootin' of our own horn, but please feel
free to jump into future issues of the MAD RAG.

- MAD traded links with the Matawan Community Guide.
Their site
stats show MAD to be number one in their Top Ten
Links section.
- A full feature business listing in MAD costs $6.59
per month. That's 24/7, global exposure for the cost
of one fancy frappuccino plus tip! Compare that to
a local yellow pages listing.
- Our home page is new and improved. It is easier
to locate particular cities within county groups and,
most importantly, has a smaller bandwidth for faster
loading of the pages for our dial-up users.
- A Google search using "michigan antiques directory"
key words has indicated that we are now being linked
to other sites without anyone even asking. This is
great!!
